Processing of Orders
All About Shoes regrets that no cancellation or change of order is allowed after confirmation and receipt of funds. All orders sent should be final. All goods sold are non-refundable. Exchange is subjected to availability and shipping costs will be bore by customers. We will ensure that all products are checked thoroughly for manufacturing defects before shipment. An email will be sent by All About Shoes to customers within 48 hours upon submission of orders. Once payment has been received, we will proceed to mail out the items within 3 working days unless otherwise stipulated. We reserve the right to cancel any orders should payment not be received within 2 days upon confirmation of order email sent out by All About Shoes. In the event of unavailability of stock, we will make arrangements to provide refund on 100% of the cost of item ordered and paid by customer.

All About Shoes will ensure that items are checked before shipment. Please allow 4-6 working days for shipping as the items are not located in Singapore. We will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in the process of mailing and shipping. All About Shoes will provide an estimated time of arrival for all orders. However, we regret that there might be delays in our delivery of products due to items delay or deficiency by our suppliers, and we are not responsible for any delays in the delivery of products. We will inform customers by email should there be a delay in the delivery of orders.
