1. Why are your shoes more expensive than other blogsites?
Our shoes are meticulously selected for their high quality leather, worksmanship and high degree of similarity to the original designer ones. Hence, the costs are relatively higher than the items offered in other sites.

2. Do you offer other payment methods?
Currently, we only accept payment through ATM transfer, Internet Banking and Paypal (for customers without a Singapore bank account). We regret any inconvenience caused.

3. Do the photos accurately depict the actual items?
All photos shown are taken using the actual items (except when stated). However, there can be a small degree of difference in colour due to lighting or your monitor's colour setting.

4. What if the shoes do not fit me?
Our shoes follow China sizing (unless otherwise stated). Both sizing and conversion charts are provided for reference. It is strongly recommended that customers refer to it and perform self-measurement carefully before ordering. If you're still unsure, we'll be able to advise accordingly. In the event of a misfit, an exchange for a different size of the same design is possible, subject to availability. However, customers will have to bear all shipping costs.

5. How much is the shipping cost for exchange?
For one pair of shoes, exchange fee is S$40. It includes courier to and fro our warehouse and return shipping to Singapore or West Malaysia. Please check costs with us if you need to exchange more than one pair. Kindly note that we do not profit from the exchange and do not recommend it due to the high cost to our customers. To minimise any exchange, we provide size selection advices during the ordering stage.

6. Any other options if I do not want to exchange?
You can consider bringing the shoes to a professional cobbler. If the shoes are too tight, expansion can be done. It'll work for shoes within half a size too small. If shoes are too big, paddings can be inserted so that the shoes fit you well.

7. What kind of shipping do you use?
Our standard shipping which uses Registered Air Mail is free for Singapore and West Malaysia. It'll take around 4-6 working days to reach you.

8. What if I need the shoes urgently?
We can provide Speedpost (1 working day) at additional costs:S$23 for 1st kg, S$4 per subsequent 0.5kg.

9. I took your size recommendation but the shoes do not fit me. Can you waive the exchange fee?
We seek your understanding that our size recommendation is bona fide. We based it on past experience and information provided by customers. We can't be 100% at all times as is the nature of online shopping. Final decision on whether to take our recommendation lies with the customer.

10. The item I received is defective/damaged. Can I change a new pair?
Please email us a clear picture of the said defect/damage. We base our judgement on whether the mentioned defect/damage affects the aesthetic appearance of the shoes (i.e. whether it is noticeable). What we do not consider defects/damages: minor scratches/stains/creases on soles and inner soles, minor creases on exterior of shoes.
